Raspberry Jam

It's that time of year again!!! We ordered raspberries, pears, and peaches from a gal here that gets them from Utah. Oooohhhhh so yummy!!! Not at all like the ones you buy in the store. Anyway...the raspberries came in first. Last year we cooked them down and turned it into jam. This year we decided to try the freezer method of canning jam. We've heard it tastes fresher, so much more yummy, and easier than the cooking method. We did it and I don't think we'll do the cooking method again unless we don't have room in the freezer. Sooooo delicious!!!
