The Newlywed and Not So Newlywed Game Show

On the evening we went to Tallin, Estonia, we went to a game on the ship called The Newlywed and Not So Newlywed Game. We got there early so we could sign up to maybe be one of the contestants picked to play. We were the first ones to sign up, but a lot of people signed up to play. They picked four couples. One couple was picked who was married for only 2 weeks, then we were picked, married for 10 years on the 19th of this month, another couple married for 22 years and the last couple married for 40+ years. I was so excited to be picked!! They first had the guys leave while the host asked us 4 questions about the guys. My questions were: #1- Where was our first date and did we get a kiss at the end? #2- Who was his last girlfriend and name one word to describe her? #3- What funny thing does your hubby do in the nude? #4- When your husband wakes up in the morning and you look at him, what nautical term would you choose to describe him? Then he gave us four choices. After the women answered the questions, they brought the guys back to see if they got the same answers correct. Then in the second round, the ladies left while he asked the men four questions about us. Jake had #1 What is the first thing that your husband touches in the morning? Get your head out of the gutter, I said computer and I was correct!! #2- This was a fill in the blank. My wife has the best _____, but you haven't seen ugly until you've seen her _______. #3- Where was the strangest place we've made whoopie? #4- What animal does your wife most resemble? He gave them four choices. Jake got 3 out of my 4 question correct and I got 2-1/2 out of his 4 correct. One couple, the ones married for 22 years, only got 1 question correct out of all of them. Sad. At the end, they tallied up the score and Jake and I won!!! Can you believe that?? All the couples won a bottle of champaigne (woohoo, like we can drink that!, we gave it to our cabin steward to share with whomever he works with, he was really nice) and since we won, we also got a 25 minute couples massage on the ship. It was soooo nice. We went in a few days later and got massages while in the same room together. It was nice and relaxing!! My mom recorded some of it on our camera but am having a hard time getting it to upload on to blogger. It's just taking too long so I'm going to dump it. Sorry. The ship actually taped the whole show and then played it a ton of times on the tv's in our rooms. I guess you could say that we got our 15 minutes of fame, sort of.
